Christopher Adams possesses over 20 years of legal, business development, sales and marketing experience. He started ACS in 2007 when he saw an opportunity to offer legal, business and management consulting services to both businesses and individuals. Current clients range from large multi-national corporations to start-ups to individuals seeking legal advice.
Prior to starting ACS, Chris served as the Vice President of Business Development and Sales and Corporate Counsel with JustDeals.com for eight years. In these combined roles, Chris led the company’s sales and expansion domestically, its eCommerce and Mobile Commerce initiatives, as well as all legal and contractual matters.
Chris previously served four years with iDeal International as Director of Merchant Services and Corporate Counsel for their online marketplace DealDeal.com.
Chris received his B.A. in history from Colgate University and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys camping, trail running and telemark skiing.
